Unless otherwise specified, these pages are written from the perspective of a user in the USA. Pricing and availability of palmtop-related products varies greatly around the world, so users in other countries are encouraged to check with local distributors before buying.

These pages are created offline using GNU Emacs and html-helper-mode, with some text entry on the palmtop using Memo.

Before uploading, these pages are checked for HTML 3.2 compliance with Weblint and htmlchek, and previewed using HV 2.0 on the palmtop, and Lynx, Netscape Navigator 3.0, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 on the desktop. Every effort has been made to conform to both technical standards and good HTML authoring practice. You may note, however, that these pages lack gratuitious decoration, frames, Java, and other such "advanced" features of the Web. This is quite deliberate, for several reasons -- not the least of which is that most of those things are basically pointless if you're viewing the page from the palmtop. I hope the content speaks for itself and that you find what graphics there are to be tasteful.
